Publisher payouts
What you receive
You set the publisher price on a Fixed Price listing (or accept a Your Offer total). The advertiser pays that publisher price plus a separate Vybridge platform fee. Under current Booking economics, that platform fee is paid by the advertiser on top and does not reduce your publisher price.
Your eligible settlement amount is the publisher price for that booking, subject to refund, dispute, fraud, compliance, and payout-readiness holds. This page does not promise a net amount after taxes or bank fees charged by third parties.
Stripe Connect is required
Payouts are Stripe Connect Transfers from the Vybridge platform to your connected Stripe account, then from Stripe to your bank according to Stripe. You must complete Stripe-hosted onboarding. Stripe’s identity, tax, and bank-account checks apply. Vybridge does not collect your bank credentials or ID images.
payouts_enabled on Stripe is not enough by itself. The connected account’s country must be in Vybridge’s supported corridor. Unknown countries fail closed. Profile country on your Vybridge user record is not the authority for this check.
Supported connected-account countries
Current corridor (Connect general availability, with Croatia excluded as preview): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Switzerland.
If your connected-account country is outside this list, marketplace payouts are not available until policy changes. Listing inventory stays unbookable without payout readiness.
When settlement runs
Advertiser payment does not mean publisher payout eligibility. Booking start does not mean publisher payout eligibility. Provisional live display does not mean publisher payout eligibility.
For Manual bookings, automatic settlement is eligible after the publisher approves and the booked placement has validly begun serving (durable serving activation), and payment, refund, dispute, and payout-readiness gates are clear. It is not paid merely because the campaign calendar ended, and not paid at first unpaid impression.
For Fixed Price Automatic publication and Your Offer V2, payout before publisher Confirm is impossible. Publisher final Confirm is the commercial event that may make the existing Booking payout intent eligible. Confirm does not itself send a bank transfer. If the publisher Rejects or times out before Confirm, publisher payout is €0, Vybridge retained fee is €0, and referral is €0 — even if the ad was provisionally visible. No provisional proration.
A background worker performs eligible Transfers. The Vybridge owner does not manually approve each normal payout.
Settlement may be held or paused for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, compliance, restricted accounts, or missing Connect readiness.
Timing to your bank
A succeeded Connect Transfer is not the same as money arriving at your bank. Stripe and banking rails control payout schedules. Vybridge does not guarantee a calendar arrival date. Stripe does not guarantee a payout date to you through these pages.
Referral rewards are separate
Website referral rewards are a separate money path from publisher advertising earnings. A booking refunded before final Confirm does not create a payable referral. Rewards may be recorded as pending or tracked until they satisfy payout eligibility under the Affiliate Program terms. Tracked amounts are not a self-serve withdrawable cash balance. Once a reward satisfies eligibility, settlement, review and payout requirements, Vybridge processes the monetary reward through Stripe Connect. A tracked or pending reward is not a completed payout. When a finalized reward meets those requirements and the referrer’s Stripe Connect account is ready, a background process creates the Transfer. There is no self-serve withdraw button. Publisher Booking settlement is a separate Transfer and may proceed independently when those settlement conditions are met. Completing Stripe payout onboarding (supported country and a ready Stripe Connect account) is required for any referral payout. Onboarding does not itself pay amounts that are still pending, held, or under review. Refunds, disputes, and fraud/review holds can delay or invalidate recorded rewards.
