What you are buying or selling
You are booking (or selling) an advertising slot on a website for selected dates and targeting. The publisher owns and controls the website. Vybridge is the marketplace and serving layer — not the website and not the advertiser.
Advertiser path (Fixed Price / listing rate)
- Choose a website placement.
- Choose dates and targeting. Availability and price are rechecked; a stale quote is not silently forced through.
- See publisher price, Vybridge platform fee, and advertiser total before paying.
- Pay first through Stripe Checkout (EUR). Payment is confirmed only after Stripe confirms it.
- The publisher then has 48 hours to approve or reject.
- If approved, submit/maintain creative as required; serving starts only when payment, creative, inventory, targeting, and serving rules are satisfied.
- If rejected, timed out, or you cancel before the publisher decides, the succeeded payment is refunded under the refund policy.
You have about 30 minutes after reservation to complete payment. Unpaid reservations expire.
Publisher path
- Create a publisher account and add a website you control.
- Complete Stripe Connect payout setup. Inventory is not bookable until payout readiness is satisfied.
- Create a Slot and publish a Listing (Fixed Price or Your Offer).
- Receive a paid booking (Fixed Price V2) or an unpaid offer (Your Offer).
- Decide within the applicable window. Serve the campaign when eligible.
- When serving has validly begun and gates are clear, publisher settlement runs automatically. The Vybridge owner does not click approve on each normal payout.
Pay-first is the current default
New Fixed Price listing-rate bookings use Commercial Flow V2: pay → publisher review (48 hours from payment confirmation) → approve or refund. Older bookings created before V2 keep their original decide-then-pay sequence and are not migrated.
Your Offer
On Your Offer listings you propose a total for the selected period and geography. Pending offers do not reserve dates. Offers last 72 hours (and not past the requested start). If the publisher accepts, a booking is created on the older commercial version: the publisher has already accepted the price, then the advertiser pays. That is not the V2 pay-first sequence.
Fees
The advertiser pays publisher price + Vybridge platform fee. The fee is on top of the current advertising purchase, shown before payment, and does not reduce the publisher price under current Booking economics. Checkout is authoritative for publisher price, platform fee, and advertiser total. Minimum purchase floor currently €30 / $35 on the publisher-price subtotal.
Communication
Keep booking communication on Vybridge. Do not use the platform to exchange off-platform payment details in order to avoid fees.
Website referrals
Any registered user may share a referral link for a new website. Attribution is per canonical website for 12 months from the referred publisher’s registration. First eligible paid deal: 50% of Vybridge’s actual platform fee (not 50% of the ad price). Later eligible deals in term: 1% of eligible GMV. Self-referral is not rewarded. Tracked rewards are not paid out yet — referral payout execution is off.
