What you are buying or selling
You are booking (or selling) an advertising slot on a website for selected dates and targeting. The publisher owns and controls the website. Vybridge is the marketplace and serving layer — not the website and not the advertiser.
Slot modes
A slot uses exactly one of these commercial systems. They are not identical: Fixed Price Manual (default); Fixed Price Automatic publication (optional; Fixed Price only; requires publisher clickwrap); Your Offer V2 (does not use the Automatic publication toggle; requires publisher clickwrap).
Advertiser path (Fixed Price / listing rate)
- Choose a website placement.
- Choose dates and targeting. Availability and price are rechecked; a stale quote is not silently forced through.
- See publisher price, Vybridge platform fee, and advertiser total before paying.
- Pay first through Stripe Checkout (EUR). Payment is confirmed only after Stripe confirms it.
- Manual: the ad does not serve yet. The publisher has 48 hours to approve or reject. Automatic publication: wait until booking start; the ad may become provisionally live; the publisher then has up to 48 hours to Confirm that specific creative and destination URL.
- If approved or Confirmed, submit/maintain creative as required; serving follows the mode rules above. Technical gates (payment, creative, inventory, targeting, serving) still apply.
- If rejected, timed out, or you cancel before the publisher decides (Manual), the succeeded payment is refunded under the refund policy. Publisher €0. Vybridge fee €0. Referral €0. No hidden rejection fee.
You have about 30 minutes after a Fixed Price reservation to complete payment. Unpaid reservations expire. That window is not the Your Offer V2 12-hour winner Checkout window.
Publisher path
- Create a publisher account and add a website you control.
- Complete Stripe Connect payout setup. Inventory is not bookable until payout readiness is satisfied.
- Create a Slot and publish a Listing (Fixed Price or Your Offer).
- Receive a paid booking (Fixed Price V2) or a Your Offer bid / paid winner, depending on the slot mode.
- Decide within the applicable window. Serve the campaign when eligible.
- For Manual, payout eligibility follows confirmed-booking plus serving and Connect gates. For Automatic / Your Offer provisional bookings, payout is eligible only after final Confirm. When serving has validly begun and (for provisional modes) the publisher has finally Confirmed, and gates are clear, publisher settlement runs automatically. The Vybridge owner does not click approve on each normal payout.
Pay-first is the current default
New Fixed Price listing-rate bookings use Commercial Flow V2: pay first. Manual: publisher review (48 hours from payment confirmation) before serving, then approve or refund. Automatic publication: wait until booking start, provisional live, then up to 48 hours to Confirm. Older bookings created before V2 keep their original decide-then-pay sequence and are not migrated.
Your Offer V2
On Your Offer listings you propose a total proposedAmountCents for the selected period and geography — not a daily rate. Only a strictly higher total than the current best valid offer for the same exact dates and inventory is accepted. The publisher-selected collection period is 1–5 days. The first valid bid starts the timer. Higher bids do not extend it. Exact same dates share a round. Non-overlapping dates may start a separate round. Partial overlap with an open round is blocked. Every valid new leader emails the publisher. Competitors do not see other bidders’ identities. The highest eligible bidder has 12 hours to complete Stripe Checkout. Non-payment forfeits that window; the next eligible bidder may receive a fresh 12 hours. Bidding does not restart. Off-session charging is not used. A paid winner waits until booking start, then may become provisionally live. The publisher has up to 48 hours to Confirm. No fallback after provisional publication. Legacy Your Offer (flag off / historical rows): pending offers last 72 hours (and not past the requested start), do not reserve dates, and if the publisher accepts, the advertiser then pays.
Payout only after Confirm (provisional flows)
For Automatic publication and Your Offer provisional publication, advertiser payment, booking start, and provisional live display do not make publisher payout eligible. Payout before publisher Confirm is impossible. Confirm may make the existing Booking payout intent eligible.
Fees
The advertiser pays publisher price + Vybridge platform fee. The fee is on top of the current advertising purchase, shown before payment, and does not reduce the publisher price under current Booking economics. Checkout is authoritative for publisher price, platform fee, and advertiser total. Minimum purchase floor currently €30 / $35 on the publisher-price subtotal.
Communication
Keep booking communication on Vybridge. Do not use the platform to exchange off-platform payment details in order to avoid fees.
Website referrals
Any registered user may share a referral link for a new website. Attribution is per canonical website for 12 months from the referred publisher’s registration. First eligible paid deal: 50% of Vybridge’s actual platform fee (not 50% of the ad price). Later eligible deals in term: 1% of eligible GMV. Self-referral is not rewarded. A booking fully refunded before final Confirm produces referral €0. Eligible rewards may be recorded as pending or tracked according to the Affiliate Program terms. Tracked amounts are not a withdrawable cash balance. Once a reward satisfies eligibility, settlement, review and payout requirements, Vybridge processes the monetary reward through Stripe Connect. A tracked or pending reward is not a completed payout.
