Acceptable use and advertising

Effective 23 August 2026. These rules apply to advertisers, publishers, and referral participants. They are written for a website-slot marketplace, not a social-influencer network.

Illegal and harmful content

You may not submit creatives, destinations, slot copy, or sites that are illegal in the advertiser’s or publisher’s applicable jurisdiction, or that promote crime, child sexual abuse material, violent extremism, or the sale of illegal drugs or illegal weapons.

Deception, malware, and abuse

  • No malware, phishing, credential theft, or harmful redirects.
  • No fake system warnings, fake invoices, or other scam patterns.
  • No impersonation of Vybridge, Stripe, a publisher, a brand, or a public authority.
  • Creatives must not be materially misleading about the destination or offer.
  • No intellectual-property infringement you do not have rights to use.

Adult content

Sexually explicit advertising that is not clearly and accurately represented, or that a publisher has not agreed to host, is not allowed. Publishers may reject creatives they consider unsuitable for their site.

Prohibited or high-risk offers

Do not use Vybridge to advertise products or services you cannot legally sell to the targeted audience, including (where applicable) unlicensed pharmaceuticals, illegal gambling, or sanctions-evading activity. This list is not a license to advertise everything else; publishers may set stricter site rules, and Vybridge may reject inventory or creatives for legal or trust risk.

Publisher inventory integrity

  • Do not list a website or slot you do not control.
  • Do not misrepresent placement, size, page, traffic, or targeting.
  • Do not hide, clip, or stack ads in a way that fabricates viewability.
  • Do not generate artificial impressions, clicks, or visits (bots, click farms, incentivized junk traffic, malware-driven hits).
  • Do not circumvent Vybridge measurement or serving (stripping the widget while collecting payment, spoofing events, forcing hidden clicks).

Advertiser serving integrity

  • Destinations must match the creative and must not rotate to unrelated or harmful pages after approval.
  • Do not use booked slots to probe publisher users, drop malware, or run crypto-mining.

Platform circumvention

Do not use Vybridge solely to harvest counterparties and move the paid booking off-platform to avoid the shown platform fee, after using Vybridge inventory, quote, or identity tools.

Sanctions and restricted persons

You may not use Vybridge if applicable sanctions law prohibits the transaction. Stripe’s own prohibited-business and sanctions screening also applies to charges and Connect accounts.

Enforcement

Vybridge may reject creatives, cancel or refuse bookings, hold settlement, suspend listings, or close accounts. Publishers may reject a booking or creative for listed product reasons during their decision window. Enforcement is not a substitute for law enforcement.
